Nicole Kincaid, MBA, MLS, Vice President of Administrative Services

 Nicole brings 20 years of E&P, midstream and energy marketing experience. She earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics, a MBA and most recently she acquired a MLS from Texas A&M School of Law with a specialized focus on oil and gas law and policy. She has served in numerous roles during her tenure including engineering, accounting, revenue,  regulatory, permitting and marketing. She holds extensive knowledge in both state and federal regulatory compliance. During her free time, she is a devoted wife, mother and CASA / Guardian ad Litem.
